My personal journey to home care was not a linear path by any means. My career started in marketing and sales where I learned the key to any successful organization is connection and leading with empathy.
After witnessing my beloved ‘Papa’ endure a heartbreaking end-of-life experience marked by neglect and inadequate communication while in a nursing home deeply affected me and led me to the home care world. The profound absence of care and empathy he experienced during that time left me feeling utterly drained and disheartened. I was exhausted by the lack of care and compassion he received during that season and I am determined to make the home care industry stronger so other families can have better options.
From that point on, it became my mission to be the person to create real change in home care organizations. That experience sent me headlong into taking over an existing, struggling home care agency and turning it into the #1 Home Care Agency in North America, as ranked in 2022 by Home Care Pulse, the leader in home care data! And, best yet, I did this with a husband and two young kids at home and still found time to grow and improve the business while savoring time with my family!
In early 2023 I made the tough and emotional, but timely decision to sell our thriving home care agency to allow myself to make a larger impact on the home care industry.
My true strength lies in deeply understanding you and your organization, determining who you are against your competition, and teaching you how to leverage that. In fact, when working with clients I share the exact struggles I faced and my resulting process that allowed me to take back control of my life and set my agency up for success! I don’t believe in discussing the hypotheticals – let’s really dig into the real life issues you’re dealing with and attack those head on while developing a realistic process and plan to help you reach your goals.
While I owned and operated my home care agency, we achieved extreme growth, achieving success both in life and business:

In addition to my home care agency experience, I bring over 15 years of marketing and operations experience to aid my clients. Further, my undergraduate and master’s degrees focus on media management, communications, business administration, and international business.
All that to say, I’m grateful to lead a life I love as a mom, wife, dog, and coffee lover AND an advocate, coach, and consultant for home care agency owners, helping them grow, transform, and thrive in their life and business!
